Profile

Deba Luthfia, MBA earned her Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from UNPAR and continued her studies with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Her expertise covers Industrial and Trade Economics, Community Development, Strategic Management, and Public Speaking. She previously served as Vice Chief Committee at the 2019 Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Summit.

In addition to teaching, Deba is actively involved in research in collaboration with various institutions, such as Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of Bandung Regency and National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia.

Currently, she is part of the Sustainability Report Team for MSMEs in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade. In addition, Deba is actively involved in community engagement initiatives with the Department of Economics at UNPAR, including a partnership with ASTRA on a community empowerment program in Linggamukti Village, Purwakarta, West Java.

In the field of community service, Deba had been part of the Sustainability Report Team for MSMEs in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade, and also had been involved in community engagement initiatives with the Department of Economics at UNPAR, including a partnership with ASTRA on a community empowerment program in Linggamukti Village, Purwakarta, West Java. Currently, Deba focuses on preventing stunting on children, development of early childhood education, enhancing awareness of informal labor in social security  in Patengan Village, Bandung Regency.
